This rare model of the Scalextric C139 Brabham BT49 is complete. Powered by the popular Ford Cosworth DFV 3.0 V8 this number 5 car was driven by Ricardo Zunino and Niki Lauda in the 1979 Formula 1 season and Nelson Piquet in the 1980 Formula 1 season. Thoroughly cleaned and serviced this Scalextric C139 Brabham BT49 is fitted with new pick up braids and rear tyres. The car has been track tested and runs extremely well with quiet smooth motor and gears. The front and rear wing mouldings are complete and the rear wing is secured with adhesive. The new rear tyres are in good, grippy condition with no cracks or other damage. The wing mirrors are present. The body has no scratches and the decals are in great condition. It is unusual to see this car in such good condition. This Scalextric C139 Brabham BT49 car is wonderful to race and would add significant value to any collection.
