C8146 Scalextric Sidewinder motor assembly

This type of Scalextric side winder motor is used from the early 2000s to the present day

 

These C8146 Scalextric sidewinder motors are fitted with new a pinion gear and suppressors. They can also be used as replacements for the Mabuchi motors fitted to most Scalextric cars form the 1980s onwards providing a white motor pinion gear is fitted.
